1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion sliced 🧅
4 cloves garlic minced 🧄
1 cup beef broth 🍖
½ cup BBQ sauce or beef gravy 🍯
2 tbsp soy sauce 🥢
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 🍶
1 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
1 tsp onion powder 🧅
½ tsp black pepper 🌶️
Salt to taste 🧂
Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish 🌿
Wskazówki
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear beef on all sides until browned
- Place onion and garlic in the slow cooker then add the seared beef
- Pour in beef broth BBQ sauce soy sauce Worcestershire and spices
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until fork-tender
- Shred beef with forks mix with juices garnish with green onions and serve
