Ingredients:

2 cups of self-rising flour

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

Garlic powder

Salt

Filling for each hot pocket:

1 tbsp tomato sauce

12 slices turkey pepperoni.

1/2 cup of non fat mozzarella

Wskazówki

Mix the dough ingredients together and knead it into a ball. Divide into 8 equal parts. Shape those into little balls and then roll them out into small pizza rounds. Add in a tablespoon of tomato sauce, pepperoni and mozzerella. Fold the dough in to form your hot pocket. Place it on a hot skillet. Cook it for a few minutes on each side.
