2 cans sardines in EVOO, drained
1 hard boiled egg
2-2.5 tbsp soft butter
1 tsp capers
1/2 red onion
1 tsp mustard
Fresh dill
Fresh parsley
Fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Add everything to the food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Spread on toasted sourdough. Ten minutes. Done.
