Euro Style No Knead Bread

344g King Arthur’s All Purpose Flour (11-12% protein)

5g Salt

1/4tsp Instant Dry Yeast

275g Water

Wskazówki

1. Mix dry ingredients into bowl with room to rise.

2. Add water.

3. Hand mix into shaggy mess.

4. Cover and set aside at room temperature to rise (12-18 hours).

5. Scrape out onto board and let rest for 10 minutes.

6. Pull 4 corners complete across to shape. Let rest for 2 hours.

7. Preheat oven + Deutch oven at 500f for 1 hour.

8. Place proofed dough into Deutch Oven and quickly placed back into oven to bake. 25-35 minutes.

9. Remove top when golden brown. Bake another 10 minutes

10. Center should be ~ 195f.

11. Turn out to rest. Do not cut until completely cool!!! Bread is still cooking when turned out. If you cut it straight from oven, center may still be gummy - not fully cooked!
