1/2 c pine nuts, toasted
3 garlic cloves
2 c fresh basil leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 c olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
Wskazówki
In a food processor or blender, pulse the garlic cloves until they're roughly chopped.
Add toasted nuts and pulse 8-10 times until coarsely chopped.
Add basil, salt, and pepper. Pulse 10-15 times until the basil is roughly chopped.
With the food processor running, stream in the olive oil slowly.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add lemon juice, pulse 3-4 times to combine.
Add cheese and pulse 2-3 times to mix.
Store in fridge with a layer of oil over top or freeze.
