Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 Tbsp olive oil
¾ c white onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
½ c sour cream
4 tsp Bravado Spice Árbol Chili & Garlic Hot Sauce
14oz can of quarter artichokes, drained and chopped
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded*
½ c Monterrey jack cheese, shredded*
¼ c parmesan cheese, shredded*

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. When the oil glistens, add the onions. Cook 3 min. Add the garlic and cook 2 min more. Remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl fold together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, artichokes, spinach, salt, mozzarella and Monterrey jack cheeses until well combined.
Spread dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Top with the parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Remove from oven. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips or crudités. Enjoy!
