Choccy Jam Bites

These little bites of goodness are sweet, chewy, chocolatey and packed with fibre and antioxidants 👏⁠

If you struggle with constipation, bloating or feeling sluggish, these are the BEST sweet but wholesome treats to help you out 😜

All you need is:⁠

1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen but warm them up if frozen)⁠

2 tbsp chia seeds⁠

1 tbsp maple syrup⁠

100g dark chocolate

Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil

Mash the raspberries

Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir to combine

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the mixture thicken

Spoon dollops into moulds or onto a plate lined with baking paper

Let set in the freezer for 1-2 hours until hard

Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together (the oil helps the choc spread smoother)

7.Dip the bites quickly in the chocolate so they don’t melt. Place the bites on a plate lined with parchment paper. Re-freeze for 30 mins.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
