Sunset Bundt Cakes

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in 100% juice — do not drain

2 eggs

Glaze

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup powdered sugar

Mix until smooth.

Wskazówki

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a mini bundt pan.

In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and baking soda.

Add vanilla, pineapple (with juice), and eggs. Mix until just combined.

Fill each bundt well 3/4 full.

Bake 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely before glazing.
