Sausage Balls With Cream Cheese

1 lb sausage, uncooked
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1¾ cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese topping

Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel.
Stir in the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese until the mixture is fully combined.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
