Vietnamese “Asian” Chicken Marinade

Boneless chicken thighs (1lbs /person)

  • White Rice (1cup /person)

  • Green Onion x 1/2 bunch

  • Chopped Cilantro x 1/2 bunch

  • Sweet n’ Sour Sauce x3-4 plops

  • Soy Sauce x2 drizzles

  • Oyster Sauce x2 plops

  • Honey x1 good squeeze

  • Sesame Oil x1 drizzle

  • Minced Garlic (3-5 cloves or sub garlic powder)

  • Onion Powder

Instructies

  1. add all ingredients into ziplock bag the night before (or 6-8 hours before cooking)

  2. Wash and Put rice to cook before chicken

  3. Cook in Airfryer for 385*F for 20-26 min total or until internal temperature reaches 165*F

  4. Pan fry on each side for 15-20 minutes total or until internal temperature reaches 165*F
