1 scoop plant-based protein powder (pea, soy, or blend) – ~25 g protein
½ small banana or ½ cup frozen berries – for natural sweetness
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds – healthy fats + fiber + hormone support
¾ cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
¼ cup Greek yogurt or silken tofu – extra protein + creaminess
1 tsp cinnamon (optional – balances blood sugar)
Ice cubes as desired
Instructies
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (add a little extra milk if too thick).
Taste and adjust sweetness — you can add a few drops of stevia or a small date if needed.
