Mediterranean Za'atar Salmon

2 wild salmon fillets (skin on)
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of half a small lemon
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp za'atar (see notes)
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano, to serve
Instructies
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with plastic-free baking parchment and place the fish on the tray.
Place the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herb rub and cracked black pepper in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Brush over the salmon and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Sprinkle with oregano to serve.
