Chocolate Mousse

Ingrediënten

8 oz semisweet chocolate

2 1/2 tb confectioners sugar

2 egg yolks

1 tbsp water

2 tbsp strong coffee

1 1/4 c whipping cream

Instructies

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Stir til melted.

Add sugar & egg yolks to chocolate, stir with whisk or fork.

Add coffee & 1 tbsp water.

Remove from double boiler.

Whip cream, set 1/2 c aside for topping.

Fold into chocolate mixture.

Makes 4 dishes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
