Crispy Honey Butter Shrimp

200g Raw Shrimp
15g Corn Starch
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
10g Honey
1 Tsp Sweetener
10g Low Fat Butter (melted)
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Cooking Spray
Cucumber Salad (Will use about half):
1 Sliced Cucumber
1 Tsp Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic
5ml Sesame Oil
5ml Soy Sauce
Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder
Green Onions
Sesame Seeds
Salt and Pepper to taste
Toppings:
125g Rice/Serving

Instructies
Lightly season the raw shrimp with a pinch of salt and then into a container add the shrimp and 15g of corn starch. Shake to coat evenly.
Place the shrimp in the air fryer, spray with cooking spray and cook at 390F for 6-8 minutes.
Into a large bowl add the following to make the honey butter sauce: 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 10g Honey, 1 Tsp Sweetener, 10g Low Fat Butter (melted), 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
Add the Shrimp, green onions into the bowl and mix well.
Add the following into a container to make the cucumber salad: 1 Sliced Cucumber, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic, 5ml Sesame Oil, 5ml Soy Sauce, Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder, Green Onions, Sesame Seeds, Salt and Pepper to taste and mix well.
Serve with 125g of rice, cucumber salad, top with green onions and enjoy!
These measurements are for 1 serving, if you would like to make more portions, adjust the measurements to make in big batches for meal prep.
