BUTTER BEAN & ZAATAR DIP

Ingrediënten

400g can butter beans, drained

2 tablespoons za'atar

3 tablespoons garlic oil

1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for drizzling juice of ½ large lemon

2 generous pinches of sea salt flakes

4 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Instructies

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and, using a hand-held blender, blitz together until you have a smooth, evenly blended mixture. (Alternatively, you can blend the ingredients together in a food processor.) Decant into a serving dish and drizzle with a little extra olive oil and sprinkle with extra za'atar if you like. Serve with toasted pittas, crudités, crisp bread or crisps.
