Kahiko Punch

Ingrediënten

6 drops Bittermans tiki bitters

1 oz lemon juice (30 ml)

1 ½ oz Passion Honey Syrup (45 ml) - ½ passion puree to ½ honey

½ oz cinnamon syrup (15 ml)

½ oz Hibiscus Liqueur (15 ml)

2 oz pot still unaged rum (60 ml)

Spiced Hibiscus Infusion

2 discs of fresh ginger

5 cloves

500 mL rum

½ cup dried hibiscus flowers

Hibiscus Liqueur*

¼ cup of honey

1 ½ cups Hibiscus Infusion

½ cup of a 2:1 simple syrup
