Everyone Makes Granola…nobody Makes It Like Me

Ingrediënten

4 cups oats

1 cup walnuts

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup vanilla protein powder (3 scoops)

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructies

Mix dry: Combine oats, walnuts, chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Melt & mix: Melt honey and coconut oil in a pan over heat, then mix into the dry ingredients.

Bake: Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Smash it down to get granola clusters. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.

Store: Let it cool and harden completely. Break into pieces and store in a container on the counter.

Notes: Watch it so it doesn’t over-bake. You can make it without the protein powder.

Serving size: ≈37g (1/3 cup)
