Sheet Pan Butternut Squash and Sausage Gnocchi with Miso-cid

Here’s what you need:
1 (16-oz.) pkg. shelf-stable potato gnocchi (I use @delallofoods)
1 lb. (~3 1/2 cups) peeled and cubed butternut (or honeynut) squash
1 medium red onion
3 to 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. uncooked turkey sausage (mild, spicy, or sweet)
4 to 5 cups (packed) green curly kale
Miso-Cider Sauce
2 Tbsp. white miso paste (sub tahini)
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. apple-cider vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
