Blend: 450g cottage cheese + 2 eggs + 1 cup almond flour
Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or till golden brown
Add your fave toppings.
I added: tomato paste + 1 cup mozzarella + prosciutto
Bake for another 5-10 mins till cheese melts
