Crescent Rolls
1 T yeast
1 T sugar
1 C warm water
½ C melted butter
½ C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
4 ½ C flour
Dissolve yeast, 1 T sugar and warm water together. Mix together

Instructies
4 ½ C flour minutes.
Dissolve yeast, 1 T sugar and warm water together.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients except the flour in a separate bowl.
Combine the two liquid mixtures.
Add flour and let rise until double (1-2 hours). Divide dough in half and roll each into a ball. Roll out each ball into 12" circles. Cut out 8 pieces with a pizzacutter from each. Roll up flat end first. Place on cookie sheet and brush with butter. Let rise 1-2 hours.
Bake at 375 for 10-12
