Boursin Tomato Dip

Ingrediënten

2 packages of boursin garlic and herb cheese

3 Roma tomatoes, diced and seeded

2 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Instructies

Spread Boursin cheese over the bottom of a shallow bowl

Mix together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the spread cheese mixture
