5-minute High-protein Tuna Salad

Ingrediënten

1 tin of tuna

2 heaped tablespoons of Greek yoghurt

½ a lemon, juiced

1 tsp mustard, tsp honey

¼ cucumber, diced

¼ red onion, finely diced

2 tablespoons sweetcorn

2tbsp chickpeas

25g feta

Instructies

Drain the tuna and add to a bowl.

Add the Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, honey, mustard to a small bowl. Mix to combine.

Stir through the cucumber, red onion, chickpeas and sweetcorn.

Top with feta and dress with the yoghurt dressing
