Kosher For Passover Gnocchi

1 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1 cup hot water
1 tsp salt (adjusted to taste if needed)
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1 large egg
1/4 cup potato starch
Instructies
Combine mashed potato flakes and water (Note - you can skip this step and use mashed potatoes from scratch or even leftover)
Add salt , pepper, garlic powder , onion powder, egg and potato starch.
Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Roll out in potato starch and form a 1 inch log.
Cut into 1/2 -3/4 inch slices.
Heat salted water in a saucepan. Cook gnocchi in a rolling boil for 4-5 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to drain.
Top however you’d like - some ideas: pesto, tomato sauce, pulled beef, fried onions or any other pasta sauce!!
