Ingrediënten

Chicken wings (legs)

concentrated salt water

all-purpose flour

tapioca flour

salt

Laab-Namtok seasoning powder (Ros Dee)

chicken eggs

chili powder

10-20 makrut leaves

Instructies

Soak chicken wings in salt water for 2 hours and then drain.

Add equal amounts of tapioca flour, all-purpose flour, and Laab Ros Dee powder. Add some chili powder for an even spicier taste. Set aside.

Beat one or two eggs depending on amount of chicken to coat chicken with.

Dip chicken in the egg first and then the seasoning powder. Repeat until you've coated all the chicken wings.

Fry in vegetable or palm oil until golden brown. Top with fresh lime juice, fried makrut leaf and more chili powder if desired.
