1 scoop plant-based or whey protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or soy / oat milk for more protein)
¼ cup Greek yoghurt (for creaminess + extra protein)
½ frozen banana or ¼ avocado (for natural sweetness or creaminess)
½ cup frozen berries (antioxidant-rich + low GI)
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (fiber + omega-3s)
1 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, or tahini — optional healthy fat)
½ tsp cinnamon (balances blood sugar)
Instructies
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (add ice or extra milk if needed).
Taste and adjust — add a little stevia, vanilla, or cocoa powder for flavor variety.
