Chili Crunch Pizza Sandwich. or Something Like That

Chili Crunch Aioli:

crack three eggs and separate the yolks and the whites. You can discard to whites.

grate 2 clove garlic into the bowl with the egg yolks.

Squeeze half a lemon into the bowl. Use a whisk to combine all of these.

Instructies

Add in 1/2 tbsp chili crunch plus a little oil and stir to combine.

Slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp canola oil while whisking with the other hand until all of the oil has been combined. The aioli should have become very thick.

Once thickened, add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp honey and combine.
