Sour Cream Sugar Cookies

Ingrediënten

1/2 cup margarine

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup sour cream

3 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Instructies

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy, then add egg and vanilla. Stir in sour cream, then add sifted dry ingredients. Roll out dough, cut into shapes, and bake at 350°F for 6-8 minutes. No need to chill before rolling.
