What you’ll need: 👩🏻🍳
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles (I used @grillospickles pickle de gallo available @naturesante)
1/2 tbsp pickle juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp onion powder
a little salt and pepper, to taste
Make it: ✨
Instructies
Add the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a mini mixer or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and mix in the pickles, pickle juice, seasoning, salt and pepper.
Chill for 20–30 mins if you can — it gets even better.
