2 can San marzano tomatoes

If the tomatoes do not have basil add a couple leaves

One small can tomato paste

3 lb ground beef

1 lb ground veal (ground turkey)

1 lb ground Italian sausage

1.5 cups sofrito (equal parts onion celery carrot)

Olive oil

Salt

Chili peppers

One can water

One cup red wine

Optional marrow bones

Instructies

Start off by sauteing the sofrito in olive oil then add meat reduce all liquid after liquid is evaporated approximately 10 minutes add your wine. Reduce your wine when it is evaporated off add tomato paste quickly add to cans of tomatoes. Add in one can water and stir minimum every 10 minutes for the next 5 hours season with salt pepper as you go add chili flakes in the middle of the cook. If using marrow bones add them in with your mince. At the end at a splash of milk you can substitute dairy-free sour cream just a dollop at The end add a little bit of your pasta water
