Sour Cream Pound Cake
1 Cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Crisco Shortening
3 cups Sugar
6 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 Cups Cake Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Teaspoons Lemon Extract
Instructies
Cream Butter and Crisco well. Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together and add alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla
and lemon extract mixing well. Pour into well greased and floured 10" tube pan. Start in a COLD oven and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
