Protein Chocolate Muffins

I promise you can’t taste the bananas or protein powder! Since the bananas are blended, there are no lumps—just soft, chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients (makes 10 muffins 🧁):

3 ripe bananas (150g)

2 eggs

60g honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

120g oat flour (or oats blended)

60g vanilla protein powder

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

70g chocolate chips

Instructies

Preheat oven to 170°C and line a muffin tin with 10 liners

In a blender, whisk together all wet ingredients.

Add in dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) and blend.

Stir in chocolate chips and divide mixture into muffin liners.

Bake for 18-24 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

Cool completely before prepping.

When you reheat, air-fry for 2-3 minutes or microwave for 40 seconds and they come out *chefs kiss*
