8oz chicken breast (1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle chili powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika)
1/2 a red onion
1 1/2 bell peppers
Instructies
Before anything else - soak your kebobs for 20 minutes. In the meantime, chop and season your chicken, chop your onions, and chop your bell peppers. Next, load up each kebob up and spray.
Air fryer time & temp: 390° for 12 minutes flipping half way through
