2 handfuls of spinach
1 lb of cubbed salmon (or your favorite protein)
drizzle of olive oil
black pepper
cayenne pepper
garlic powder
oregano
salt
bake in the oven for 30 mins at 375° F
in the meantime cook your pasta. I chose lentil pasta for additional protein
