4 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
4 cups of milk
8 eggs
3/4 cup of butter
4 teaspoon teaspoons of vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
For the filling
One block of cream cheese
One container of Cool Whip
Half a cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructies
Mix altogether.
Heat up a nonstick fry pan at medium low to low heat.
And a little butter for the first one.
Put in about 1/4 cup or so and swirl the pan around until the batter has coated the bottom and makes a circle.
cook for just a minute and then flip over should not get too brown.
Crêpe should be light in color. Adjust heat is needed.
Serve with sliced bananas, strawberries, berries, Nutella, nuts, whipped cream, lemon, curd, or my kids, even like jam.
You can do savory and fill with scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, ham, and or top with sausage, gravy or hollandaise
