Protein Yoghurt Bowl

200 g high-protein Greek yoghurt (or skyr)
15 g protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured; whey or plant-based)
10 g chia seeds (≈ 1 tbsp)
50 g berries (fresh or frozen: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
10 g nuts or seeds (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds – optional)
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Optional Sweetener: 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey, or a few drops stevia (optional)
Instructies
In a bowl, mix yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds and cinnamon.
Top with berries and nuts/seeds.
Eat immediately or chill 30–60 minutes for a thicker texture.
