Homemade Chili Garlic Crisp

Ingrediënten

2 ½ - 3 cups @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil or any neutral oil

3/4 cup dried minced garlic

1/2 cup dried minced onions

1/2 cup Korean red chili pepper flakes or dried red chili flakes

1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds

1/2 cup honey or sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp paprika

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

Instructies

Heat the avocado oil to medium-high

In a heatproof bowl, add all the ingredients. Pour the hot oil into the spice mixture and mix until well incorporated. Let cool and transfer to a jar or an airtight container with a lid. Refridgerate until needed. Will last for up to a 3 months. Devour with everything!
