4 Tbsp dried minced garlic
2 Tablespoons red chili flakes
2 Tablespoons dried chopped onion
2 teaspoons sugar (, or to taste)
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon kosher salt (, if using table salt, use a little less)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne (optional to taste)
Instructies
Heat oil to 300degrees in a pan over medium heat.
Stir in ingredients
Cool and adjust to taste
Taste for flavor and adjust to your liking. Cool completely.
Store and serve
After cooled, store in a mason jar or similar. Stir well before using.
