480 g cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
4 cups (400 g) broccoli florets, chopped
4 shortcut bacon rashers (120 g), cooked and chopped
½ cup (80 g) red onion, finely chopped
1½ cups (120 g) celery, finely sliced
Dressing
150 g low-fat cottage cheese
100 g Greek yoghurt
2 tsp garlic, minced or paste
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Salt + pepper to taste
Instructies
Combine chicken, broccoli, bacon, onion, and celery in a large bowl.
Blend or mix cottage cheese, yoghurt, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Chill for 15ā20 minutes before serving š„
