4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
150ml double cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
Fresh spinach (to taste)
Cooked rice (to serve)
Instructies
Flatten the chicken: Lay the chicken breasts on a flat surface and cover them with plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, gently pound the chicken until it’s about 1cm thick. 2. Prepare the marinade: In a shallow bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, honey, paprika, and mustard. Coat the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 10–20 minutes. 3. Cook the chicken: Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 4. Make the sauce: Remove excess oil from the pan, add remaining marinade and double cream, stirring until thick. 5. Simmer and serve: Return chicken to the pan to simmer in the sauce. Serve atop fresh spinach with rice.
