Creamy Dijon Mustard Chicken

- 4 -6 chicken thighs with skin on 
- 4 garlic minced 
- 1/2 onion diced 
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard 
- 2 tablespoons butter 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- 1/4 cup white wine 
- 1 cup chicken broth 
- 1/2 cup heavy cream 
- Fresh parsley 
Chicken Marinate:
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil 
- 1tsp garlic powder 
- 1 tsp onion powder 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- 1/2 tsp paprika 
Instructies
- Heat a medium skillet and add the olive oil. Cook the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes each side (make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F) You can also air fry or bake the chicken. 
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the skillet and set it aside. 
- In the same skillet, add butter and sauté onions, garlic until translucent. 
- Stir in the white wine and cook until the wine is evaporated. 
- Stir in the dijon mustard, broth and let cook for few minutes. 
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. 
- Transfer the chicken in the sauce and let simmer for few minutes until the sauce has thickened to your liking.
