Chicken Breasts or Thighs

Chicken Stock

2 x Tspn Sage ( or Fresh )

2 x Tspn Thyme ( or Fresh )

Carrots

Onion

Gravy Granules ( Chicken )

Instructies

Chop & Fry chicken until cooked through

Add onions and cook through

Add chopped carrots ( best to pre cook )

Add chicken stock

Add Sage & Thyme Salt & Pepper

Cook covered on the hob ( low-med) for 1 hour

Add dumplings and cook for another 30 minutes

Remove dumplings and add gravy tpo thicken

Add dumplings back in and serve
