Red Velvet Cake (Jenny Dickerson)

Ingrediënten

Cake:

1 stick of butter

1 white Pilsbury cake mix with pudding

1 box instant Chocolate pudding 3.9 oz

4 eggs

1 cup water

I bottle red food coloring

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp White Vinegar

ICING:

5 TBSP flour

1C. milk

2 sticks butter

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Instructies

Beat for 3 minutes the eggs, cake mix, pudding, and water. Add in food coloring, baking soda, and vinegar.

Bake cake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

For icing, stir milk and flour on medium heat until thick - paste like consistency. Cool 1 hour

Cream 2 sticks butter, vanilla, and sugar. Whip well. Fold in the cooled flour and milk mixture. Whip until very fluffy.

Notities

Make the frosting thicker than what you see in photo of pan on stove.

Refrigerate.
