Izakaya Style Teriyaki Salmon

Salmon 2 Pieces
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Mirin 1tbsp
Mushrooms (Shitaki/Enoki/Shimeji)
Water 160ML
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Mirin 2tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
corn starch 2 tbsp
Instructies
Marinade salmon with soy sauce and mirin for at least 10 min, longer the better.
Make sauce with water, mirin and soy sauce.
Cut/clean mushrooms.
Cook the salmon and remove from pan.
Melt butter and cook mushrooms, add sauce and thicken with corn starch.
