Ingrediënten

1 x basic ganache recipe - see Cake Components category 1 tsp orange extract or orange-flavoured liqueur (such as Cointreau) Zest of 1 orange lOOg desiccated coconut

Instructies

1 Prepare the ganache and stir in the orange extract and zest. Pour into a glass or ceramic dish and refrigerate for four hours until firm.

2 Preheat the oven to 180°C/160aC fan/gas mark 4 and spread the coconut out on a baking tray. Place in the oven and toast for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until light brown.

3 Use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon to scoop out small amounts of the ganache, then shape them into balls with your hands. Roll them firmly in the coconut until they are all well-coated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
