For the Gravy:
20g Light Butter
1/2 Sliced Onion
15g Cashew Nut Butter (or regular cashew nuts)
400g Diced/Chopped Tomatoes
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric
Salt & Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves
15g Ginger
40g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
For the Burritos:
4 Low Calorie Wraps/Tortillas
280g Cooked White Rice (70g in each burrito)

Instructies
Evenly Distribute Butter Chicken Into Each Wrap (weigh total amount and divide by 4)
To reheat: thaw in fridge overnight, bake At 200 degrees Celsius for 8 - 12 minutes.
Can also be air fried at 190 degrees Celsius for 5 - 8 minutes.
