1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, sweetener, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt until everything is well combined and silky.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or any container that’s freezer-safe. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or leave it overnight for a firmer texture.
When ready to serve, let it sit out for a few minutes so it softens just a bit. Slice or scoop, then top with fresh berries or an extra touch of lemon zest for a burst of color and flavor.
