Ingredients (1 huge serve)
Base:
1 ripe banana (100–120g)
30g oats
1 egg
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Protein Cream:
150g 0% Greek yogurt or Skyr
1 scoop @ghostlifestyle Peanut Butter Cereal Milk Whey

10g peanut butter
Snickers Topping:
15g peanut butter, melted
10g roasted salted peanuts, chopped
15g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Fremgangsmåte
Mash the banana and mix through the egg.
Add oats, cocoa powder and baking powder, then mix until combined.
Microwave for 2–3 minutes or bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes.
Let the base cool completely.
Mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder and 10g peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
Spread the protein cream over the cooled base.
Drizzle over the melted peanut butter and add the chopped peanuts.
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil and pour over the top.
Refrigerate overnight.

Yes, 700 calories is a lot for one breakfast… but this is also a MASSIVE portion with nearly 50g of protein 😂
You can easily split it into 2 serves for around 350 calories and 25g of protein each.
Or, if you want to bring the calories down even further, swap the peanut butter for powdered peanut butter and use fewer peanuts on top.
Peanut butter and nuts are great foods, but they’re very calorie dense. Small changes to the portions can save 100–200+ calories without completely changing the taste.
