Melt-in-your-mouth Chicken

Ingredienser

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven

Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Prepare the Chicken

Place chicken breasts into the prepared dish and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Mix the Topping

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.

Spread and Bake

Evenly spread the creamy Parmesan mixture over each chicken breast. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Broil for Color

For a golden, bubbly finish, broil the chicken on high for 2–3 minutes at the end.

Serve and Garnish
