Grammy's Stuffing

Ingredienser

2 cups chopped celery

2 cups chopped onions

2 pkgs. Jones sausage

2 pkgs Pepperidge farm stuffing mix

4 cups chicken broth

Poultry Seasoning (1 tsp)

Thyme

Fremgangsmåte

-Sauté Jones sausage in separate pan and separate fat

-sauté onions and celery in large frying pan using olive oil. Add poultry seasoning and thyme for flavor to taste

-Scoop out sausage meat into mixture. Add the stuffing mix. Mix a little at a time with chicken broth until you use all.

-Continue to mix well until saturated and moist- add more broth as necessary.
