Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef

2 lbs beef chuck, cut into chunks
1 lb baby potatoes
6 tbsp butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Fremgangsmåte
- Add beef and potatoes to your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
